Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for promoting dentin regeneration which contains a histone deacetylase inhibitor selected from the group consisting of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid, trichostatin A, belinostat, and panobinostat. The composition of the present invention can induce the differentiation of odontoblast and a normal dentin formation by the differentiation to be used for dentin regeneration related diseases. |
