The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a piston for a fixed swash plate type compressor, comprising piston heads separately positioned; bridges which is connected to a part of the lower parts of the piston heads and formed on both sides; piston bores that are positioned on the upper sides of the bridges, are extended inwardly from the piston heads, are separately arranged to face each other, and has a recessed groove unit on the central upper parts of the bridges. The method for manufacturing the piston for the fixed swash plate type compressor includes a first forming step which forms a first molded article by pressing the cylindrical material; a second forming step which forms a second molded article by pressing the first molded article; and a trimming step which removes burrs from the second molded article. The first molded article includes first head units separately positioned from each other; first piston bridge units connected to a part of the lower part of the first head unit on both sides; and a first boss unit positioned between the first head units and formed on the upper sides of the first bridge units. The lower part of the first bridge unit includes a curved portion curved to be recessed upward. |
