The present invention relates to a hollow fiber-type nanofiltration membrane and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a hollow fiber-type nanofiltration membrane which has an improved di-valent ion exclusion rate while exhibiting a high permeation flux due to a permeation velocity enhanced by enhancing interlayer bonding between a supporting layer and a polyamide layer and forming the polyamide layer to be solid and uniform, and which simultaneously satisfies excellent anti-fouling properties and chemical resistance.
