The present invention relates to an apparatus for extracting a red ginseng extract, and more particularly, to an apparatus for extracting a red ginseng concentrate having a high saponin content and an improved anti-oxidant effect by applying ultrasonic vibration and fine bubbles to water where red ginseng is immersed to induce deep degradation even inside the red ginseng. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: an extracting tank (10) for storing water in which alcohol and water is mixed; a diffusion support plate (20) equipped at the bottom side inside the tank (10) and having a sloping surface (21) of which the width become narrow toward the lower portion; a fine bubble generator (30) for spraying fine bubbles through a supply tube coupled with the bottom surface of the diffusion support plate (20); an ultrasonic vibrator (40) mounted on the sloping surface (21) of the diffusion support plate (20) to give ultrasonic vibration to the water; and a heater (50) for heating the water. The fine bubbles and ultrasonic vibration are given to the red ginseng (1) placed on a sieve (11) inside the tank (10) to induce deep degradation even inside the ginseng, thereby extracting a red ginseng extract. |
