The present invention relates to a system for changing the layout of a webpage according to information on a user′s display device and a method thereof. In a display device including a browser, a system for changing the layout of a webpage can be provided. The system includes: a first exposure unit which receives a basic webpage from a server and exposes the received basic webpage, when a first reception request for a webpage is identified; an information confirmation unit which confirms the display information of the display device; a screen change unit which exposes the basic webpage or a changed webpage where the layout of the basic webpage is changed, according to the display information; a cookie storage unit which stores webpage information according to the display information as a cookie file and transmits the cookie file to the server; and a second exposure unit which receives a webpage according to the cookie file from the server and exposes the received webpage, when a second reception request for a webpage is identified.
