Provided is a separation membrane for treatment of gases containing acidic gas, by which it is possible to separate an acidic gas or methane gas from digestive gases containing methane gas and an acidic gas such as carbon dioxide, and to obtain highly concentrated methane gas. The separation membrane for treatment of gases containing acidic gas comprises a polysiloxane mesh structure onto which hydrocarbon groups have been introduced, and which has been doped with a metal salt having affinity to acidic gases. The polysiloxane mesh structure onto which hydrocarbon groups have been introduced is a composite polysiloxane mesh structure obtained through a reaction of a tetraalkoxysilane, and a hydrocarbon group-containing trialkoxysilane containing a hydrocarbon group. The tetraalkoxysilane is tetramethoxylsilane or tetraethoxysilane. The hydrocarbon group-containing trialkoxysilane is one in which an alkyl group or phenyl group having a carbon number of 1-6 is bonded to the Si atom of trimethoxysilane or triethoxysilane.
