WATER-SOLUBLE METALWORKING FLUID, METALWORKING LIQUID, AND METALWORKING METHOD

Provided are a water-soluble metalworking fluid (a cutting fluid or a grinding fluid) and a metalworking liquid, each of which exhibits excellent cutting performance or grinding performance of aluminum or aluminum alloys by containing specific components (A)-(E) as essential ingredients, without containing a processability improver such as chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus that places a large burden on the environment. The water-soluble metalworking fluid and the metalworking liquid are not susceptible to decay and deterioration, and exhibit excellent emulsification and dispersion stability and excellent starting material solution stability. Also provided is a metalworking method which uses the water-soluble metalworking fluid or the metalworking liquid.
