The present invention relates to a skin anti-aging cosmetics using bee venom, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition comprising fat-soluble components of bee venom so as to exhibit anti-aging effects such as anti-wrinkle effects. According to the present invention, a cosmetic composition is provided, the cosmetic composition comprising fat-soluble fractions of bee venom fractionized by means of a fat-soluble solvent and water-soluble fractions of bee venom fractionized by means of a water-soluble solvent by the volume ratio of 1:0.01 to 0.5.
