<p>The invention relates to a process and an installation for preparing raw sterile slurries with a variable content of carbonaceous fraction, stored in sludge beds. According to the invention, the technology consists in that after obtaining the working dilution of 3m/t, there is performed the removal of the leachable clayish fraction by attrition, followed by classifying the material at a size of 14 mm, in order to remove from the circuit the coarse fraction and the foreign bodies, further on the passing being subjected to the separation in centrifugal field, in two stages, followed by draining the separation products by dripping on screens and by centrifugation, respectively. As claimed by the invention, the installation comprises a centrifugal concentration apparatus (), which is a battery () of hydrocyclons, placed in a conical tank (), where there is stored the thickened product, which is continuously discharged through a device () with rotary valves, at adjustable rate, thus providing both the tightness and the humidity reduction for the discharged product, while the over-flow is re-treated in a battery () of conventional hydrocyclons, in order to retain, in the thickened product, the fine carbonaceous fraction lost in the first stage, which, together with the product discharged through the device () form the energetic coal and it is drained by dripping on a screen (), and in the over-flow from the battery () of hydrocyclons there is obtained the final clayish sterile, which is drained by centrifugation, in some settling centrifuges ().</p> |
