Disclosed is a device with a function of delivering a balloon/scaffold for delivering a duct and guide wire in a minimally invasive vascular interventional surgery, comprising a main frame (8) and movable finger components (4) capable of moving back and forth in the longitudinal direction on the main frame (8). The movable finger components (4) comprise: a movable finger frame (73) slidably mounted on the main frame (8); and a movable finger gripper (75) provided on the movable finger frame (73), for axially delivering the balloon/scaffold (110) to be sent into or drawn out of a blood vessel along the guide wire (111) which has already penetrated the blood vessel. The movable finger components (4) also comprise: a balloon wire press (74) provided on the movable finger frame (73), for ensuring that the position of the guide wire (111) remains unchanged during delivery of the balloon/scaffold (110). The device reduces training time for doctors and can reduce the degree of fatigue of doctors during surgery, thus reducing the risks of surgery.
