PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aluminum-nitride powder is provided to solve the problem of heat carbon reducing nitridation method such as high temperature and surplus mixing of carbon and alumina and manufacture aluminum-nitride powder having higher purity with low cost at a low reaction temperature. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of aluminum-nitride powder comprises a step of plasticizing alumina powder with cyanide compound; and a step of removing carbon from the obtained product. Cyanide compound is selected from a group consisting of acetonitrile, propanenitrile, benzonitrile and hydrogen cyanide. The firing temperature is 1,000-1,600°C. |
