A card issuing apparatus provided by the present invention includes: a main body which has a discharge hole for discharging a card to one side and a issuing button for transmitting an issuing signal to a control unit so that the card is discharged; a support shaft which is formed inside the main body; a card discharge unit which is installed in the upper part of the support shaft and discharges a card to the discharge hole by the forward and backward movements of a discharge bar; a rotary plate which is rotated by the operation of a rotary motor by being combined with the support shaft in order to rotate, surrounds the edge of the card discharge unit, and includes a card fixing groove in which a card is inserted and immobilized; and a control unit which rotates the rotary plate so that a card is positioned in front of the discharge bar and controls the rotary motor and the card discharge unit so that the card which is positioned in front of the discharge bar is discharged to the discharge hole by the forward and backward movements of the discharge bar. The present invention provides the card issuing apparatus capable of enabling an easy visit by automatically opening a block bar which is installed in an entrance when a visitor pulls out a discharged card since the card issuing apparatus transmits an issuing signal to the control unit and stably and automatically discharges the card to the discharge hole by one sheet when the visitor pushes the issuing button. |
