A remote controller according to the present invention comprises a network router for transmitting or receiving data to or from an external server over the Internet; an electronic device connected over a mesh network; an RF controller connected to the network router and transmitting or receiving data to or from the electronic device; and a mobile terminal carried by a user, wherein the RF controller has a mobile APU installed to construct the mesh network together with the electronic device. The remote controller like this can be applied to a house or an office and perform a function as a security system.
