The buckle has a multimedia phone shell such as rigid shell, a support (A), and a maintenance loop (B) i.e. ring, that is mounted on the support. The shell is integrated in a rear portion of a geometrical hole that allows passing of the maintenance loop and the support. The maintenance loop and the support are arranged in an interdependent manner, and are fixed in a permanent manner. The maintenance loop and the support are provided in different materials. The loop and the support are able to be blocked by itself.
