[Problem] To cancel both the function of a vehicle sensor and the function of a webbing sensor under a predetermined condition by a simple structure and with a small number of components. [Solution] When a seat belt (4) is entirely wound, a cam follower (22b) comes into contact with a first cam portion (20a), an actuator pressing portion (23b) therefore presses an actuator (13b) to a non-actuating position, and the function of a vehicle sensor (13) is canceled. When a large load is applied to the actuator pressing portion (23b) in this canceled state, the load is supported by the first cam portion (20a), and thereby first and second levers (22, 23) do not rotate, thus preventing the cancellation of the function of the vehicle sensor (13) from being cancelled. Further, when a locking claw (22c) separates from ratchet teeth (17b), a ring gear (17) becomes rotatable, and the function of a webbing sensor (12) is cancelled. |
