METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR BIOCHEMICAL FERMENTATION

A method and device for biochemical fermentation. The fermentation apparatus comprises an anaerobic fermentation tank and a primary fermentation apparatus. The primary fermentation apparatus comprises two secondary fermenters and one or more primary fermentors. The two secondary fermenters are arranged above the primary fermenters. Material inlets are provided at connections between the secondary fermenters and the primary fermenters. A material lifter for use in inputting materials into the secondary fermenters is arranged outside the primary fermentation apparatus. Agitator apparatus are arranged within the secondary fermenters. Double-layered spiral belt agitators are arranged within the primary fermenters. The anaerobic fermentation tank and the primary fermenters are connected. The anaerobic fermentation tank inputs materials into the primary fermenters via an automatic unloading system. The method for biochemical fermentation comprises: A. generating pre-fermentation materials simultaneously via the anaerobic fermentation tank and the two secondary fermenters; B. conveying the materials in the two secondary fermenters into the primary fermenters via an automatic converyor apparatus, and also conveying the material in the anaerobic fermentation tank into the primary fermenters for secondary fermentation; and, C. discharging the materials upon completion of the secondary fermentation.
