Provided is a monitoring system having a controller for effective management and control in a system using a self-regulating heating cable. The monitoring system using the controller in an electric heat tracing system using the self-regulating heating cable comprises: a master control unit(100) connected to a remote supporting system(10); a system terminal (50) connected to the master control unit (100); a plurality of slave control units (110, 120) connected to the master control unit (100); a master power unit (200) of group 1 connected to the master control unit (100); a plurality of slave power units (210, 220, 230) of the group 1 connected to the master power unit (200) of the group 1; a master power unit (300) of group 2 connected to one selected between the slave control units (100, 120); and a plurality of slave power units (310, 320, 330) of the group 2 connected to the master power unit (200) of the group 2, wherein the system terminal (50) is configured to transmit a control command to the slave control units (110, 120) and the master power unit (200) of the group 1 connected to the master control unit (100), and to display state information. |
