The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a health food associated with constipation, fecal impaction, regular bowel movement, and diet, and the method comprises: a washing step of preparing and washing psyllium husk, chicory, kelp, seaweed, rice bran, oats, and wheat, respectively; a pulverizing step of pulverizing the contents washed in the washing step into 400- to 600-mesh fine powders, and pulverizing dried Chungkookjang into 400- to 600-mesh fine powders; a mixing step of mixing the contents pulverized in the pulverizing step; a kneading step of, while stirring the mixture prepared in the mixing step in a stirrer, spraying drinking water in a content of 20-25 parts by part based on 100 parts by weight of the mixture through a spray nozzle in a spray manner, thereby making a paste; a pill preparing step of preparing spherical pills using the paste prepared in the kneading step; and a drying step of drying the pills prepared in the pill preparing step at room temperature.
