A sprinkler with a detachable surface cover, which comprises a body assembly, a water outlet surface cover (30) and a sealing ring (40, 50). The water outlet surface cover (30) detachably covers on the body assembly; the water outlet surface cover (30) and the body assembly are encircled into a water cavity (70, 80); the sealing ring (40, 50) is arranged on the edge of the water cavity (70, 80); the sealing ring (40, 50) is hermetically connected to one of the body assembly or the water outlet surface cover (30); the sealing ring (40, 50) is provided with a lip (41, 42, 51) extending towards the water cavity (70, 80); the lip (41, 42, 51) is pressed against the other one of the body assembly or the water outlet surface cover (30); and the lip (41, 42, 51) is elastically deformed under the action of water pressure, and is in liquid sealing fit connection with the other one of the body assembly or the water outlet surface cover (30). Under the condition of no water pressure, the lip (41, 42, 51) is only pressed against the body assembly or the water outlet surface cover (30), so that an operator can detach the water outlet surface cover (30) from the body assembly by rotating the water outlet surface cover (30) easily.
