The present invention relates to a survey processing system and a method thereof. The survey processing system according to the present invention includes: a control unit which processes a survey based on a survey processing program, surveys by filling in a questionnaire and distributing the corresponding survey to a terminal of a survey subject according to the request of a management terminal, manages the survey during the corresponding survey, and provides a survey result to the management terminal after finishing the survey; a communication unit which proceeds with a communication between the management terminal and the survey subject terminal according to the control of the control unit; a storage unit which provides the survey processing program for the control unit by storing the survey processing program and stores survey processing-related data according to the control of the control unit; an input unit which inputs a command and data which are applied by a manual operation in the control unit; and a display unit which displays various screens for a system management according to the control of the control unit. By the present invention, a survey is economically processed with little manpower by: easily filling in a questionnaire by using a set survey template for each field; and quickly performing a filling of the questionnaire, a survey, and management by proceeding with the survey by distributing the corresponding survey through a communication network. |
