The present invention relates to a kitchen management system and, more specifically, to a kitchen management system which enables a user who is connected to a food portal server of the kitchen management system to directly search a restaurant of a desired area and directly order desired food by connecting to a restaurant server of the searched restaurant, is able to stably provide a service without an excessive capacity load according to the food order since the food portal server which introduces a restaurant does not receive a food order, enables the user to order food in real time by directly connecting to the restaurant server which is operated by the restaurant where the user wants to order, and is able to see a hygiene state, an order conclusion state, a food order processing process, etc in detail with naked eyes since the user is able to order food by directly seeing a real-time image which is photographed in a CCTV which is installed in the restaurant. |
