摘要 A device for continuously measuring a flow rate near a liquid steel surface, comprising a rate measurement rod (18) and a rate measurement rod deflection device (B).One end of the rate measurement rod (18) is a refractory tube, the other end thereof is a stainless steel rod, and the refractory tube and the stainless steel rod tightly fit each other in size and are connected.The rate measurement rod (18) adopts a refractory material of a single compound or a composite refractory material of several kinds of compounds.The length of the rate measurement rod (18) is 10-100 cm and the diameter thereof is 5-50 mm.The rate measurement rod deflection device (B) comprises a rate measurement rod fixing screw (27), and the rate measurement rod (18) is mounted on the rate measurement rod deflection device (B) via the rate measurement rod fixing screw (27).Also provided is a method for continuously measuring a flow rate near a liquid steel surface, mainly including: calculating a distance between a rotation pivot and a centre of gravity and a distance between the rotation pivot and an impact force application point according to the centre of gravity, rotation pivot and impact force application point of a rate measurement rod (18), measuring the gravitational value of the rate measurement rod (18), and inserting the refractory rate measurement rod (18) into liquid steel to obtain a rotation angle and an insertion depth, thereby calculating the continuous change in the flow rate of liquid steel.
