The present invention relates to a mixed microbial biopreparation consisting of two bacterial strains, used as complex biopesticide with beneficial effect for the plant growth and protection, and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the microbial biopreparation consists of the strains Delftia lacustric 6BS, Serratia fonticola B17 and Pseudomonas jessenii T11, isolated from the tissues of Bryophita and from the rhizosphere of the plant Vicia sepiu, associated in a gravimetric ratio of 1 : 1 : 1. The process for obtaining the biopreparation consists in obtaining an inoculum by culturing the Delftia lacustris 6BS strain on media comprising molasses as carbon source, corn extract and ammonia sulphate as nitrogen source and mineral salts, at a temperature of 28°C for 24 h, the Serratia fonticola B17 strain on media comprising saccharose as carbon source, soy flour as nitrogen source and mineral salts, at a temperature of 28°C for 24 h while stirring, and the Pseudomonas Jessenii T11 strain on media comprising molasses as carbon source, corn extract as nitrogen source and mineral salts, at 28°C for 24 h, and mixing the three so obtained biomasses in a gravimetric ratio of 1 : 1 : 1.
|
