PURPOSE: An environment friendly chip with chips for molding and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to mold environment friendly chips without generating carbon emissions by manufacturing molding chips mixed with ceramic powder and PP resins. CONSTITUTION: An environment friendly chip with chips for molding and a manufacturing method of the same comprises the following steps. Ceramic composition is manufactured into 400-800mesh of powder (S110). The moisture in the powdered ceramic and polypropylene resins are removed and dried (S120). The ceramic powder without moisture, the polypropylene resins and additives are mixed (S130). The mixture is molded and mixed to make a composition with the polypropylene resins and the powdered ceramics to manufacture a chip for molding (S140). The mixture is molded to manufacture a chip for molding (S150).
