The invention relates to construction and may be used for trenchless replacement of pipelines in repair and reconstruction of underground superstructures. The technical result provides reliability improvement, characterized in that in a device for trenchless replacement of pipelines a vessel of a facility to redistribute static force is arranged as cylindrical, in which at the equidistant distance from each other there are at least two radial slots with spacer plates installed in them, having a bevel and made of a friction material. In the vessel via an axis of its symmetry there is a conical hole, in which with a clearance there is a spacer element made in the form of a cone. The bevel angle of the spacer plates, the angle between the axis of symmetry of the spacer element and its generatrix, and also the angle between the axis of symmetry of the conical hole and its generatrix are equal to each other. Spacer plates are installed with the possibility of vertical displacement relative to the spacer element. The vessel of the facility to redistribute a static force is connected with two dismantling ropes.
