The lightning unit protected from explosions is applicable in the mining, chemical industry, where the working is in an atmosphere of high pressure in the presence of explosive gases, vapors or dust, and where the electrical installation is in pipes. It is easy for installation and has economical lighting. It consists of a circuit board on which are mounted LED-diodes (2). The circuit board is disposed in a cylindrical step (9) of a three-stage cylindrical body (3) having a side board (4). The cylindrical body (3) and the side board (4) are connected by at least one rib (8). Over the circuit board (2) is arranged a transparent circular segment (19), on which is arranged a clamping element (21), connected by ribs (23 and 24) to cover (22). Between the third step (16) of the cylindrical body (30) and side board (4) is arranged an additional element (35). It has four openings (52, 53, 54 and 55) to which explosion-proof box (11) is connected, which is connected to the piped installation. |
