<p>The invention relates to a process for obtaining disposable chips meant for the bio-sensors used for determining the iron concentration in wine, in order to take the measures for preventing the degradation thereof caused by the iron-brownness of the wine. According to the invention, the process consists in that a non-impregnated wound paper (), meant to manufacture biochips (), is unwound from a drum () through a thermostated bath () comprising potassium ferro cyanide, this paper being then passed through a tunnel-type oven () for progressive drying, followed by winding on a drum (), the impregnated and dried paper (), punching this impregnated paper () with a matrix punching machine () for cylindrical disks, having the diameter of 12 mm, by means whereof there are made packs of 100 pieces of biochips () which are tightly drawn into thermo-shrinking polyethylene foil (), cutting the polyethylene foil () along the generatrix of the cylindrical lot of biochips () and introducing the 100-chip pack into a tight cylindrical box () made of transparent plastic whereon there is screwed a cover () provided at the lower side with a mobile extractor (), which, by pushing a button () with a finger, allows a single biochip () meant for an immediate analysis of the iron concentration in wine to be taken out.</p> |
