According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a wire grid polarizer comprises a step of preparing a substrate on which a nanogrid in a fine uneven shape is formed; and a step of depositing metal materials on the upper part of the nanogrid by oblique rotation deposition. The present invention can mass-produce the wire grid polarizer on the nanogrid substrate at low costs by an oblique rotation deposition process.
