Disclosed is a floating structure which reduces loads concentrated on the rack gear of a leg and which enables the adjustment of a gap between the floating structure and the leg. The floating structure operated in a sailing mode or in a jack-up mode may comprise a body having an internal leg well; a leg which has the rack gear on a column part extended in a vertical direction and which passes through the leg well; a leg support part for relatively moving the body and the leg in a vertical direction; and a verticality maintaining part which is installed on the body at a distance from the leg support part and which maintains the verticality of the leg by applying a force vertical to the length of the leg to the leg. |
