<p>The present invention relates to a dextrin-ceramide composite and a fabricating method of the same, more specifically a ceramide drink composition and a cosmetic composition with the dextrin-ceramide composite which contains the followings: 70-85 wt% of dextrin-ceramide composite; 3-5 wt% of secondary ingredient selected from vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, liquid fructose, a banana extract, honey, steviten fresh, persimmon vinegar, citric acid, sodium citrate, banana flavor, L-menthol, red L-500 which is a pigment, or polydextrose; and 10-20 wt% of water. The drink composition has heat resistance, pH stability, freezing and thawing stability, and microorganism stability, and the dextrin-ceramide composite which is contained in the drink composition has increased hydrophilicity for users to intake large amounts of ceramide through the drink composition. The cosmetic composition is effective in providing the large amounts of ceramide to the skin when compared to the existing products.</p> |
