摘要 The present invention relate to an immobilized insoluble carrier having an enhanced internal mass transfer, a biosensor using the carrier, and a method for preparing the biosensor. Specifically, the present invention relates to, as an immobilized insoluble carrier for immobilizing biomaterials for detection, an immobilized insoluble carrier characterized in that hydrophilic beads are mixed inside in order to improve the mass transfer into the carrier to efficiently diffuse a substrate inside the carrier; to a biosensor using the carrier; and to a method for preparing the biosensor. According to the present invention, the mass transfer into the immobilized insoluble carrier is improved to achieve efficient diffusion of a substrate into the carrier, thereby preventing a substrate diffusion inhibition phenomenon occurring at the time of immobilization, and increasing the detective performance and response speed of the sensor.
