Disclosed are a method and a device for providing customized information based on a location, capable of providing a user focused service based on the location. The present invention includes a step of generating user selecting information which a user selects; a step of transmitting location information of a terminal and the user selecting information to an information management device; a step of receiving response information from the image management device; and a step of displaying the receiving response information in case the received response information corresponds to the location information. Therefore, the present invention maximizes information utility of the user and solves inconvenience to obtain the information through search of the user.
