The present invention relates to a control panel for a geothermal heat pump system having a temperature and humidity monitoring function. There is a possibility of a situation in which a geothermal heat pump system is malfunctioning when the temperature or humidity of the control panel rises due to a sealed space or the geothermal heat pump system is damaged and unable to run due to an insulation breakdown or rust caused by high humidity even a temperature sensor is attached around an air conditioner. Therefore, the present invention prevents the malfunction of the geothermal heat pump system or damage to the geothermal heat pump system to stably operate the geothermal heat pump system by adding a self-protection function to the panel and monitoring temperature and humidity using a temperature and humidity sensor installed inside the panel; and prevents fire by detecting the accumulation of fine dust using the measured temperature and humidity.
