Provided are a transmedia message transmission method, device and system. The transmedia message transmission method includes receiving a message sent by an optical line terminal; acquiring a link identifier and a channel identifier according to the message, the channel identifier being an identifier of a broadcast channel corresponding to the link identifier; encoding the message and modulating same into a transmission resource corresponding to the channel identifier using modulation and encoding parameters corresponding to the channel identifier to obtain a modulated signal; and sending the modulated signal to a coaxial network unit corresponding to the link identifier via the transmission resource, so that the coaxial network unit parses the message using the channel identifier and link identifier. Thus, the management of the optical line terminal of an optical fibre domain is realized through a media conversion unit.
