<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an exterior panel for construction, an exterior panel for construction manufactured by the method, and a wall construction method using the exterior panel, capable of giving texture or aesthetic sensibility to the surface of the exterior panel for finishing the outer wall or ceiling of a building in new building construction or building remodeling. The manufacturing method of an exterior panel for construction comprises: a) a step of forming a base layer by placing a mixture in which first inorganic filler particles are mixed with adhesive particles on the floor of a mold at a predetermined thickness; b) a step of forming an image source layer by placing a mixture in which second inorganic filler particles having the higher specific gravity than the first inorganic filler particles and the adhesive particles are mixed with the adhesive particles on the top of the base layer at a predetermined thickness; c) a step of forming a compound partially mixed by the collapse of the base layer and the load of the second inorganic filler since vibration is provided through at least one oscillation part coming in contact with the underside of the mold at a planned pattern; and d) a step of forming a bear panel by fixing the compound in the combination with the internal pressure, temperature, electromagnetism conditions of the mold.</p> |
