发明名称 the heat exchanger system liner flow method
摘要 The present invention relates to a high efficiency heat exchanger and to a method for manufacturing same. The present invention includes: V-groove portions in which an L-pad (30) is disposed between a partitioning plate (10) and another partitioning plate in such a manner that the upper sides and right corners of the partitioning plates are blocked from each other, wherein the V-groove portions are formed on the upper side and left and right sides of the L-pad; a first outlet (1B) in which a first suction inlet (1A), formed airtight using a sealant (40) at the left and right edges of a plate (20) between the partitioning plates (10) placed in proximity to the lower end of the L-pad, and a first suction chamber (1AR), which is an inner space thereof, are formed, wherein the first outlet is the exit for a total heat exchange flow path (1AB) which communicates with the first suction chamber which is formed in each length direction of the plate below the first suction chamber; V-groove portions in which the L-pad (30) is disposed between the first inlet (1A), the first suction chamber (1AR), and the partitioning plate adjacent to the first outlet (1B) and another partitioning plate in such a manner that the lower side and the left corner of the partitioning plate are blocked from each other, wherein the V-groove portions are formed on the lower side and left and right sides of the L pad; and crossflow-type total heat exchange flow paths (1AB and 2AB), in which a second suction inlet (2A) formed at the left and right edges of the plate (20) between the partitioning plates closely arranged on the upper end of the L-pad through sealing with the sealant (40) and a second suction chamber (2AR), which is an inner space thereof, are formed, and a second outlet (2B), which is the exit of the total heat exchange flow path (2AB) and communicates with the second suction chamber, is formed in a superimposed manner with a cell unit heat exchange device (100) formed in the upper end portion of the plate in each length direction of the plate on the upper side of the second suction chamber so as to form a heat exchange device group (100M). Compared to other total heat exchangers of the same type, the present invention can be applied suitably as a heat exchanger that has a wide heat exchange area and a high heat energy recovery rate.
