<p>The device has a wheel (130) whose external face comprises a magnet (124). Another magnet (119) is moved in the device independent of a movement of the wheel, where the magnets exhibit same polarity. An element (122) is made of a magnetic material and arranged between the magnets during operation of the device. A neutral zone (125) corresponds to a space located between one of the magnets and the element. An arrangement (123) increases the space between the magnet and the element and transforms the neutral zone into a zone in which repulsion forces between the magnets are generated. The magnets are designed as permanent magnets or electromagnets.</p> |
