A hydraulic actuator for multifunctional preventer relates to oil and gas production, in particular, to devices for automatic prevention of inflammation at the first stage of open flow inflammation. The hydraulic actuator of multipurpose preventer includes tank for operating fluid, oil collector dipped into operating fluid and connected to suction line of gear-type pump, the pressure line of which is connected through return valve and filter to hydraulic accumulator connected via pipeline and valve to valve stack with manual control that is connected to shutoff chamber of multipurpose preventer. At the external surface of multipurpose preventer there is an automatic auxiliary actuator the output of which is connected through return valve and T-connector to the line of shutoff chamber of multipurpose preventer and consists of housing inside of which there is a piston, over the piston there located is a pyrotechnical and initiating charge, under the piston inside the housing cavity there is a certain volume of operating fluid, from below there is a signal rod attached to the piston that is sealed at housing output by sealing, there is a fitting in the lower part of the housing. The technical effect provides an automatic closing of well mouth at the first stage of open flow inflammation. |
