<p>Disclosed is a liquid filling valve relating to the field of filling liquid gas-bearing drinks such as beer. The filling valve comprises a valve-opening cylinder (1), an elastic sealing member (10), a valve stem (2), a deflector ring (3), a valve seat (4), a vacuum cylinder (5), a pressure relief cylinder (6), an air return pipe (7) and a centring device (8), wherein the valve-opening cylinder is formed of a valve bush (9) and the elastic sealing member, the valve-opening cylinder controls the opening and closing of the valve stem in the liquid filling valve by allowing air to flow and cutting off the air flow, the valve-opening cylinder, the vacuum cylinder and the pressure relief cylinder are controlled by an electromagnetic valve in a valve set. The liquid filling valve uses electronic pneumatic control, and can realize the lowest amount of aeration and the minimum amount of carbon dioxide consumption by controlling the time of the process and using different control procedures, and can realize secondary and tertiary vacuum evacuation depending on requirements. The liquid filling valve has a more rational component structure, occupies less space and is convenient to produce.</p> |
