The present invention relates to a machine tool including a sliding cover in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The machine tool includes a main body which processes a target processed article and in which a guide frame is arranged on the upper part and a sliding cover which is connected to the main body to be able to slide. The sliding cover includes a roller unit which is inserted into the guide frame to be able to slide; a cover unit sliding with the roller unit by being connected to the roller unit; and an elastic pressing unit attaching the roller unit to the guide frame by pressing the roller unit.
