The device has a steering column carrying tube (2) forming a base of a frame in a U-shape. The base includes telescopic and disengageable tubes (4) provided in parallel to each other. Saddle carrying tubes (8-10) form a branch of the U-shape. A steering column (5) is provided in another branch of the U-shape. An upper part of the steering column receives a handlebar (6). Wheels (1, 3) are hinged in an end of the steering column carrying tube by a removable pin received in a hinge (11). The device is formed by a motorized model bicycle or a motorized model tricycle.
