The objective of the present invention is to allow tints that change from region to region in an image to be easily corrected without the need for preparing a color chart for each region having a tint that changes with a change in light source, etc. A color correction device comprises: a moving-object-detection means (101) for detecting a moving object from an input time-varying image; a position-specific color-information-acquiring means (102) for acquiring, upon determining the sameness of the detected moving object in the time-varying image, the position of the moving object associated with movement and in formation indicating the color of the moving object in the image and storing the acquired object position and color information in a position-specific-color-information-storing means (103) by correlating two of them with each other; a color-stable-region-estimating means (104) for estimating a color-stable region in an image-captured range on the basis of information indicating the relationship between the position and the color of the moving object; a color-conversion-parameter-calculating means (105) for calculating a parameter for color conversion between color-stable regions on the basis of the result of color-stable region estimation and information on colors in each color-stable region; and a color-correcting means (106) for correcting the color of an correction candidate image by using the parameter for color conversion between the color-stable regions. |
