The present invention relates to a method for bonding a large optical sapphire window, and more specifically, to a method for bonding a large optical sapphire window wherein a joined film is manufactured by mixing and heating an inorganic binder, an organic binder and the like, and the joined film is inserted between windows and is pressed and heated. According to the method for bonding a large optical sapphire window, a large optical sapphire window with improved strength and durability can be obtained without an increase in the size of a sapphire ingot.
