A battery-free sensor tag is inserted into the body of a livestock, and an MFAN/RFID conversion repeater for communicating and transmitting power, which is installed around the neck area of the livestock, is used to secure power to be supplied to the sensor tag. The MFAN/RFID conversion repeater supplies wireless power to the sensor tag, collects sensing data from the sensor tag, and transmits same to an electromagnetic field communication and wireless power transmission unit. A battery-free body insertion-type sensor tag-based livestock record management system, according to the present invention, comprises: a battery-free body insertion-type sensor tag which is inserted into the body of a livestock for monitoring change in body temperature of the livestock; a conversion repeater for transmitting wireless power to the battery-free body insertion-type sensor tag by means of a wireless power transmission method using an electromagnetic field, and waking up the battery-free body insertion-type sensor tag to receive ID information and sensing data of the battery-free body insertion-type sensor tag in the form of signals according to an EPCglobal Class 1 Generation 2 Protocol; and a data collection and wireless power transmission unit for transmitting wireless power to the conversion repeater by means of the wireless power transmission method using the electromagnetic field, and receiving from the conversion repeater the ID information and the sensing data of the battery-free body insertion-type sensor tag in the form of signals according to a magnetic field area network (MFAN) protocol.
