<p>The present invention relates to a degradable wound-repairing material and the preparation method thereof, and the raw material of the degradable wound-repairing material comprises matrix components and auxiliary components, the matrix components comprise protein components and the auxiliary components comprise at least one of an antimicrobial agent and an active factor, wherein the antimicrobial agent is a synthetic antimicrobial drug, an inorganic antimicrobial agent, an organic antimicrobial agent or a natural antimicrobial agent; the active factor is at least one of the following: an epidermal growth factor, an FGF vascular endothelial growth factor, a platelet derived growth factor, a platelet activating factor, an insulin-like growth factor, a tumour necrosis factor, an interleukin, colony stimulating factor-1, various bone morphogenetic proteins or a transforming growth factor. The antimicrobial agent and the active factor are loaded on the bases of the matrix components, and thereby the present invention can also possess biological activity on the basis of satisfying biodegradability conditions to better promote wound repairing, and displays a good anti-infective performance during the application process.</p> |
