PURPOSE: A power sharing device and a system thereof using a power sharing program installed in a mobile terminal are utilized as the foundation technique for a power sharing business model between various mobile terminals by facilitating power-sharing suggestion or sharing request through a power sharing application. CONSTITUTION: A first connection terminal is connected to a first mobile terminal (10) in which a power sharing application is installed. A second connection terminal is connected to a second mobile terminal (20). A charge control unit is electrically connected to the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal. The charge control unit generates charging power by transforming a voltage of input power to a rated charging voltage of the second mobile terminal. The input power is provided from the charge control unit through an accessory power supply pin connected to the first mobile terminal.
