The vertical wind turbine includes a bearing central shaft (4), to which is mounted a disc brake (7), and above it - a bottom (8) and an upper plate (9), each is made up of the same size, symmetrically and radially extending profiles. At the ends of each of the profiles of the two plates (8 and 9), and between them is a fixed shaft (10), to which is fastened rectangular frame (11) with a canvas (12), fastened rigidly to the frame (11) and to the corresponding shaft (10). In the upper part of each shaft (10) is mounted a gear wheel (14), coupled to the ring gear of one-way clutch (16), mounted to the central shaft (4). Near the inner side of the vertical profile of each of the two plates (8 and 9) of each wing turbine (13) are made openings, in which are located a vertically movable locking pins (17). Each one of the locking pins (17) is connected via actuator (18) with an elastic member (20) to the centrifugal weight (19). |
