The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fluorine-based porous hollow fiber membrane including: a step for manufacturing a spin dope solution including polyethylenechlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE) and a solvent; a step for forming hollow fibers by releasing the spin dope solution through a releasing nozzle, at temperatures ranging from 100-200°C; a step for manufacturing hollow fibers by dipping the released fibers into an external clotting solution; a step for winding-drawing the manufactured hollow fibers; and a step for secondarily drawing the hollow fibers after winding. Thereby, the reduction in water permeability, caused by the hydrophobic properties of the ECTFE, can be minimized, while drastically increasing the water permeability of the ECTFE hollow fiber membrane, and satisfying a high elimination rate. The mechanical strength of the hollow fiber membrane can be drastically enhanced. |
