The present invention relates to an application operating method of a terminal for managing a cadastral surveyed ground boundary point. The method easily confirms information on a boundary point and a boundary line by photographing the information on the boundary point and the boundary line, which are installed and managed in the cadastral survey field of each parcel number to be used for cadastral survey and cadastral resurvey, by a smart phone and a tablet PC; converting the photographs into CAD data in an image format so as to register the CAD data in a server; relating information on the boundary point and the boundary line of each parcel number to a map of each portal site; and providing the CAD data. The method has an effect of inputting and confirming the information in real time based on a terminal by including a first step of downloading, installing, authenticating, and running an application; a second step of inputting detailed information on a boundary point through a user interface; a third step of editing photographs of the boundary point and storing the photographs in a specific allocated area through the user interface; a fourth step of checking coordinate information, date, and time and inputting and storing personal data of a corresponding person; a fifth step of converting a ground boundary point registry into image data; and a sixth step of converting the ground boundary point registry to a CAD coordinate image and storing the CAD image in a connected state to be displayed in a specific position of an electronic map in a portal site by using OPEN-API when the ground boundary point registry is revealed to the portal site. |
