A base station apparatus comprises: a radio signal receiving apparatus that receives radio signals transmitted from mobile station apparatuses; a control data processing unit that decodes, from the received radio signals, control data including information indicating frequency bands, component carriers and carrier aggregation scenarios that can be supported by the mobile station apparatuses; a radio resource allocation control unit that receives the decoded control data, calculates, according to the received control data, a transmission band adjacency value indicating a plan of allocating component carriers to the mobile station apparatuses and determines, according to the calculated transmission band adjacency value, the component carriers to be allocated to the mobile station apparatuses out of the frequency bands and component carriers that can be supported by the mobile station apparatuses; a transmission signal generating unit that generates transmission signals including information indicating the determined component carriers; and a radio signal transmitting apparatus that transmits the generated transmitted signals to the mobile station apparatuses. |
